Cancellation policy

We at Vancouver Island Photo Booth understand that life happened, we know that sometime Things are just not under our control, there for if your event canceled after you put down the deposit and it is not 3 days before your event, we will refund you your deposit ( unless we had to occur expanses based on the booking such as hospitality or special purchases specific to your event)

If from some reason and not likely we will have to cancel we will provide full refund and help you find a replacement service .

Covid-19 restriction:

Incase of Sudan Covid 19 restrictions, we will refund you your deposit if you are forced to cancel your event. ( minus any expanses if we had any)
